Refund policy

13- Cancellation of the order:

13-1 In the event of cancellation by the customer, the deposit will not be refunded. In addition, we can charge from 20 % to 45 % of the amount of the canceled order, a percentage which will be determined according to the advancement of the project, in addition to the deposit, in return for the damage, the advancement of the order and costs caused by this cancellation.
Excluding custom article order (see Alinea 7.1).

13-2 If the Customer does not follow up within 15 days of signing the order form or the placement of his order on the site except in the event of an extreme major. The deposit paid will not be refunded or refundable, and the order will be considered to be canceled by the Customer.

13-3 In the event of cancellation on our part, the deposit paid will be fully restored to the customer.
