No more metal particles that prematurely wear out your engine: the SP Takegawa magnetic drain bolt incorporates a powerful neodymium magnet which captures the iron suspended in the oil at each engine revolution. Machined from solid aluminum with a colored anodized finish, it also brings a real touch of style to your engine block. A detail that we only see when changing the oil... but which works constantly for the longevity of your mechanics.

⚠️ Warning: not suitable for vehicles whose original drain plug is not M12 × P1.5 (some models use M14 × P1.5 thread, which requires the dedicated part number). The same model may vary depending on the year: definitely check the diameter and pitch of your original cap before ordering.
Good to know
- Replace it sealing washer at each removal to avoid any oil leaks.
- Never tighten the bolt hot engine (risk of damage or loosening).
- Clean the magnet of iron particles captured during each oil change.
- Ideal in engine break-in after a Stage 1 / Stage 2 kit to capture metal residue and protect your preparation.
