⚠️ Kit intended exclusively for circuit/competition use (cylinder capacity 145 cm³ > 125 — not approved on open roads).

The high engine assembly 145 cc KITACO with camshaft allows a gradual increase in power depending on the level of preparation, up to 6 → 14 hp at the wheel in Stage 2+.

The kit includes

  • Cylinder/piston 145cc
  • Camshaft
  • Seal bag
  • 🛠️ The little extra: oil outlets on the right side of the cylinder to connect a radiator kit without changing the clutch housing

The 3 levels of preparation

Stage 1 — 10 to 11 hp Decatalyzed exhaust, pressure plate, hard springs, high flow oil pump, custom mapping in the original ECU. Works with the original air box (the racing filter does not provide any gain measured in Stage 1).
Stage 2 — 11 to 12 hp Stage 1 + increased KITACO K01 injector (×1.3) + 34 mm KITACO intake body in direct intake.
Stage 2+ — 12 to 14 hp Stage 2 + iridium candle + high voltage coil. ⚠️ Without custom mapping, the power is capped at the original maximum speed (≈ 11 hp).

Compatibility

Available in 2 versions: Black → GROM JC92 / DAX JB04 & JB06 or Gray Alu → Monkey JB03 / JB05. ⚠️ Check the exact type of your machine before ordering.

Good to know
A bench sheet (original engine curve vs curve prepared in 145) is available. Custom mapping is the key to fully exploiting the kit — carried out at the NoxCustom workshop, which sizes and assembles your entire project.
